This glue is equivalent to glue made from flour and water but without cooking.

Place two teaspoonful of wheat flour in a container. Slowly add white vinegar while mixing vigorously. Use as such once the desired thickness is obtained. This glue is quick to prepare but smells of vinegar and can discolor paper due to its acidity.

There are other flour glue recipes with sugar and salt, with or without vinegar (source : WikiHow).
